Excellent location near the seafront and close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the beach.

This hotel is a real gem! The hosts, Michele and Bill, go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome made us feel right at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in our room, perfect for keeping our food fresh. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant town center and the stunning seafront.
All was perfect during our stay.

The room was nicely decorated and had a clean en-suite bathroom. The location was convenient, with shops, pubs, and restaurants only a short walk away. Plus, being close to the seafront was a bonus.
The car park was quite small, which could be problematic if you have a larger vehicle. the hallway and stairway leading to the room were a bit confusing to navigate.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. . the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and pubs. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing little extras for dog owners and offering helpful suggestions for exploring the area.
The parking situation was inconvenient, with limited options nearby. .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location. The hosts, Michele and Bill, were incredibly welcoming and made my stay truly enjoyable. The attention to detail was impressive, with spotlessly clean rooms and delicious cooked-to-order breakfasts. The hotel's convenient location near the seafront and the town center made exploring Swanage a breeze.
